Delete account
Delete your Forms24 account
Request permanent deletion of your Forms24 account. This removes your profile, your uploaded documents and your entire request history — you will no longer be able to sign in to the app.
Deletion happens within 30 days. Once we receive your request, the account and its data listed below is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days and cannot be recovered. During those 30 days you can cancel by calling us on +91 6295924150 or writing to connect@forms24.in.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, mobile number, email)
- Every document and photo you uploaded
- Your full request and application history
- Your chat and callback history with our support team
What we keep
- Records we are legally required to retain — such as invoices, payment records and government submission acknowledgements — which are kept only as long as the law requires and are never used to contact you again.
How it works
- 1. Submit the form with your registered mobile number.
- 2. We verify the request belongs to you — we may call you.
- 3. The account and data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
