1. What we do

Forms24 is a form-assistance service delivered through our mobile app. We help you prepare, fill and submit applications such as government forms, certificates, exam forms, transport and identity services, and welfare-scheme applications. We act on your behalf and with your authorisation; we are not a government body and we do not issue certificates, licences or approvals ourselves.

This website is for information, app downloads and support only — no services are provided directly through the website.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid mobile number and verify it via OTP to use the app.
• You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information for every request.

3. Documents and information

• You authorise us to use the documents and details you share solely to complete the requests you place.
• You confirm that all documents you upload are genuine and belong to you (or you are legally authorised to use them).
• Submitting forged, tampered or fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

4. Fees and payments

• Service fees are shown before you confirm a request. Government/portal fees are charged as applicable.
• Fees paid to government portals on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted.
• If we cannot process your request, our service fee will be refunded as per our refund process.

5. Timelines and outcomes

Processing timelines depend on the relevant department or portal. We make every effort to submit accurately and on time, but we cannot guarantee approval, issuance or outcome of any application — those decisions rest solely with the concerned authority.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the app or its systems.
• Do not impersonate another person or submit requests on someone's behalf without their consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forms24 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by third-party portals or authorities, or decisions taken by any government department. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid for the specific request concerned.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
