  • Request details — the services you apply for and information needed to fill those forms.
  • Documents — files and photos you upload for a request (e.g. ID proofs, certificates).
  • Callback requests — if you ask for instant help on our website, we store the name and phone number you enter.
  • Usage data — basic app diagnostics and device information to keep the Service reliable.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

  • To prepare, fill and submit the applications you request.
  • To contact you about your requests, including calls, SMS and WhatsApp updates.
  • To call you back when you request instant help.
  • To improve the Service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

3. Where your data lives

Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage), protected by industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access inside our team is limited to people who need it to process your requests.

4. Sharing

  • With government portals and departments — only as needed to submit the applications you asked for.
  • With service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, SMS/OTP delivery) bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • With authorities when required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your documents and request history so you can reuse them for future applications. You can ask us to delete your documents or your entire account at any time by contacting support; we will delete your data except where the law requires us to retain it.

6. Your rights

  • Access and review the data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your data or account.
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential communications.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18. Applications for minors (e.g. school certificates) must be placed by a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified in the app or on this page.
