Delete your Forms24 account data
Request permanent deletion of the data stored in your Forms24 account while keeping the account itself. You can keep signing in with the same mobile number and start fresh.
Deletion happens within 30 days. Once we receive your request, the data listed below is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days and cannot be recovered. During those 30 days you can cancel by calling us on +91 6295924150 or writing to connect@forms24.in.
What gets deleted
- Every document and photo you uploaded
- Your request and application history
- Your chat and callback history with our support team
- Saved form details used to pre-fill future applications
What we keep
- Your account itself — profile name, mobile number and email — so you can keep using the Forms24 app.
- Records we are legally required to retain, such as invoices, payment records and government submission acknowledgements.
How it works
- 1. Submit the form with your registered mobile number.
- 2. We verify the request belongs to you — we may call you.
- 3. The data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
